 High Pressure Slurry Seal  Multi Spring Balanced Seal
The high pressure slurry seals we offer are specially designed to handle highly corrosive and abrasive media. Such high pressure seal find its applications in petrochemicals, sugar, paper & pulp industries. Made from quality raw material it offers efficiency in various application areas.
We offer multi spring balanced seal of different models that can be functioned as fixed and replaceable bellow face. Face material used in the replaceable version of the spring balanced seal offers flexibility in the selection of material that is used to seal the media. Flexibility in the material used in it offers easy removal and replaceable. It is highly desirable in various applications. The spring mechanical seal is used in acids, alkalis and for extremely corrosive services. The raw material used for the manufacturing of spring balanced seal includes:
  • Seal Faces: GFT/Sic./Carbon or Ceramic/Sic.

 Multi Spring Unbalanced Seal  Multi Spring Reversed Balanced Seal
We offer multi spring unbalanced seal that are used for general-purpose multi-coil spring unbalanced seals. The shaft fretting in the spring unbalanced seal is minimized to lower the spring loads provided through wedge or 'O' rings. The narrow cross section and compact design of shaft fretting enables it to occupy less stuffing box area. Spring unbalanced seals or spring mechanical seal can be easily assembled from dismantled form through circlip.
It can be changed to balance version by simply merely by changing the carbon face and can be provided with single, double or tandem arrangement with external seal support systems & devices. Our multi spring unbalanced seal are used in Petrochemicals, Light Hydrocarbons and general industrial fluids. For efficiency of unbalanced steel we use raw materials such as carbon, ceramic, TC, PTFE and GFT.
We also offer multi spring reversed balanced seal that can be externally mounted and is internally balanced with multi-coil spring seal. It offers unique feature through which it eliminates the shaft step or sleeves for balancing. These mechanical seals are externally mounted as a result the metal parts including the springs do not come in contact with the circulating media. It enables these seals to be used for corrosive or abrasive media sealing. The compact design of our models eliminates the requirement of extra radial and axial space for its installation. Our spring reversed balanced seals are used for handling corrosive chemicals, hydrocarbons, general and light chemicals.
 High Temperature Metal Bellow Seal  Rubber Bellows Seal
We also offer high temperature metal bellow seal with unique designs to handle corrosive and abrasive media. Application of quality raw material such as carbon, PDFE, TC and carbide. Metal bellow seal is used in areas such as petrochemicals, sugar, paper & pulp industries
We offer rubber bellows seal which provides high degree of axial flexibility to compensate the lack of concentricity of the shaft and misalignment. Further, it reduces wear due to thrust movement of the shaft. Such rubber bellows seals can be used regardless of direction of rotation.

The rubber bellow which fits on the shaft enhances the required driving torque. In such seals there are no bonded joints and the face materials are interchangeable without modifying any dimensions. The rubber bellows seals are used in sewage applications, waste water pumps, & fuel injection pumps.
 Stationary Mounted Dual Seal  Stationary Mounted Cartridge Seal
We offer high performance, stationary mounted multi-spring seals. These high pressure seal are manufactured by using raw materials such as carbon, T.C., Carbide, P.T.F.E. and others. The compact construction of these dual seals offers better function in assortment of areas.

The angled set screw drive configuration of mounted dual seals ensures vertical alignment of rotary seal. Further, the distributed flush ensures even cooling flow to seal faces.
We offer cartridge seals that are designed to operate without a flush in tough slurries. Absence of flush in the cartridge seals enhances the plant efficiency while reducing operating costs and eliminates product contamination. The cartridge seal incorporates a unique non-clogging cone spring design that increases seal reliability.

These are designed for use in media containing abrasive or solid particles. The cartridge design offers easy installation and is perfect for standardization purposes. These cartridge seals find their application in paper industries, petrochemicals, petroleum refinery and others.

 Stationary Mounted Single Coil Spring Seal  Single Coil Spring Balance Seal
We offer Stationary Mounted Single Coil Spring Seal is designed to operate without a flush in tough slurries. Use of such coil spring seals increases the plant efficiency while reducing the operating costs and eliminating production contamination. To increase the seal reliability such coil spring seals use a unique non-clogging cone spring design.

This is designed in such a way that protects the spring from the product. It can easily handle the media with abrasive particles and solids. Perfect for standardization purposes it is used in paper industries, petrochemicals and petroleum refineries.
The single coil spring balance seal we offer is designed to operate without flush in tough industries for increasing the plant efficiency. Further, it reduces the operating costs and eliminates the product contamination.

The seal reliability is increased by incorporating a unique non-clogging cone spring design. It is used for variety of applications especially in situations involving abrasive, corrosive, and viscous media.  Conical Spring Unbalance Seal  Dry Running Agitator Seal
We offer conical spring unbalance seal with extremely rugged and reliable design. It is used in wide range of sealing purposes. Such conical spring seals have very few parts which offer easy assembling and dismantling of the seal.

Compact design of such seals reduces the requirement of extra radial & axial space for its installation. For manufacturing of such seals we use raw materials such as carbon, TC, ceramic, PTFE and GFT.
The Dry Running Agitator Seal we offer requires no shaft or sleeve step for balancing. It offers good performance in high vacuum conditions. It requires no auxiliary equipment for installations making it cost effective and economical.

The Simple, rugged drive design to withstand the shaft movement vibration & deflection. There is no barrier fluid involved in such seals which reduces the product contamination. These are used in top entry mixer vessels in pharmaceuticals & chemical industries.
